Do I need a referral?


No. You can make an appointment without a referral. You can pay privately or you can use a private health fund. You may be eligible for a referral from your GP. This is called a Chronic Management Plan and this will allow you to claim part of your fee through medicare. Your GP will be able to tell you if you are eligible for this.




Do you offer Telehealth or Phone Consults?


We offer face to face appointments and also offer appointments via phone and telehealth. Telehealth make our services available to people in remote or regional areas and offers flexibility during the Covid-19 Pandemic.




Are you registered with NDIS?


Yes. We are registered with NDIS to see clients who are plan or self managed.




Do you do home visits?


Home visits can be arranged. Our Therapy Assistant is able to attend regular home visits to help children overcome sensory issues with food.
