No. You can make an appointment without a referral. You can pay privately or you can use a private health fund. You may be eligible for a referral from your GP. This is called a Chronic Management Plan and this will allow you to claim part of your fee through medicare. Your GP will be able to tell you if you are eligible for this.

We offer face to face appointments and also offer appointments via phone and telehealth. Telehealth make our services available to people in remote or regional areas and offers flexibility during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Yes. We are registered with NDIS to see clients who are plan or self managed.

Yes, home visits can be arranged if this is easier for you. Our Therapy Assistant is able to attend regular home visits to help children overcome sensory issues and fears around food.
